Terms of use (True Resonance Player)
These terms describe how you can use True Resonance Player (Android app). By using the app you agree to them.
Personal use
True Resonance Player is intended for personal use. You may not resell the app or modified builds, or bundle them as part of a paid service without my explicit permission.
License and restrictions
True Resonance Player is not open source. You may not copy, redistribute, resell, or publish modified builds of the app.
Your content
You are responsible for the audio files you choose to play in the app. You should only use content that you have the right to use.
Offline use
The app is intended to work offline for local playback. Features related to purchasing, restoring purchases, or managing Pro may require an internet connection.
Pro purchase
The app may offer optional paid features (Pro) through Google Play. Pro is currently offered as a one-time (lifetime) purchase. Purchases are handled by Google Play and are subject to its terms.
Pricing and the purchase model may change over time (for example, Pro may be offered as a subscription in the future). If you have a lifetime purchase, it will remain lifetime for you.
Refunds
Refunds are handled by Google Play, according to Google Play policies.
No medical claims
True Resonance Player is an experimental audio tool. It is not medical advice and it does not provide health guarantees. Results may vary.
No guarantees and liability
True Resonance Player is provided as is, without guarantees. Audio behaviour can depend on your device, operating system and other apps you use.
As far as the law in your country allows, I am not responsible for loss of data, device failures, hearing damage or other issues that may result from using the app or from listening at high volumes.
Age and local laws
True Resonance Player is not directed to children under 13. These terms are intended to apply globally and do not override mandatory local laws where you live.
