Open source license

The True Resonance Chrome extension is open source and distributed under the GNU Lesser General Public License v3.0 (LGPL-3.0). Your rights to use, modify, and redistribute the extension are governed by that license.

Your audio and content

You are responsible for the audio and content you choose to play or retune with True Resonance, including content on third-party websites. You should only use content that you have the right to use in your country.

Compatibility

The extension may not work on every website. Compatibility depends on how each site implements audio/video playback and on your browser environment.

No guarantees and liability

I try to keep True Resonance stable and useful, but it is provided as is, without guarantees. Audio behaviour can depend on your device, operating system and other apps you use.

As far as the law in your country allows, I am not responsible for loss of data, device failures, hearing damage or other issues that may result from using True Resonance or from listening at high volumes.

Third-party libraries

True Resonance uses third-party libraries such as SoundTouch for audio processing. Those projects are provided under their own licences.

Service changes and availability

I may change, pause or stop parts of True Resonance at any time, including removing it from stores or changing how future versions are distributed.

Age and local laws

You should be old enough to install browser extensions in your country, or have permission from a parent or guardian. These terms are intended to apply globally and do not override mandatory local laws where you live.
