Terms of use
These terms describe, in plain language, how you can use True Resonance. By installing the extension or the Android app you agree to them.
Personal, non-commercial use
True Resonance is intended for personal listening. You may not resell the app, the extension or modified builds, or bundle them as part of a paid service without my explicit permission.
Open-source licence and forks
The source code for True Resonance is released under a copyleft open-source licence. If you modify the code or distribute your own builds, you must follow that licence, including sharing your changes under the same or a compatible licence and keeping copyright notices.
Using the code does not give you the right to use the True Resonance name or logo for your own products without permission.
Your audio and content
You are responsible for the audio and files you choose to play or retune with True Resonance. You should only use content that you have the right to use in your country.
No guarantees and liability
I try to keep True Resonance stable and useful, but it is provided as is, without guarantees. Audio behaviour can depend on your device, operating system and other apps you use.
As far as the law in your country allows, I am not responsible for loss of data, device failures, hearing damage or other issues that may result from using True Resonance or from listening at high volumes.
Third-party libraries
True Resonance uses open-source libraries such as SoundTouch for audio processing. Those projects are provided under their own licences, which you can review in their respective repositories.
Service changes and availability
I may change, pause or stop parts of True Resonance at any time, including removing it from app stores or changing how future versions are distributed or licensed. This does not limit rights you already have under the open-source licence for versions that were previously released.
Age and local laws
You should be old enough to install apps and browser extensions in your country, or have permission from a parent or guardian. These terms are meant to apply globally and do not override mandatory local laws where you live.
